Refunds and withdrawal

If you are a consumer, the statutory right to withdraw from an online contract generally lasts 14 days. Nothing on this page limits rights granted by mandatory law.

1. Withdrawal within 14 days

Send your notice to kontakt@appfly.pl. Include your name, purchase email, date and plan. No reason is required.

You may write: “I hereby withdraw from my Aria [plan] purchase made on [date] using [email].”

2. Immediate digital delivery

If you ask us to begin supplying digital content before the 14-day period ends, loss of the withdrawal right occurs only after every legal condition has been met: prior express consent, informed acknowledgement and contract confirmation on a durable medium. If one element is missing, the withdrawal right remains.

3. Refund time and method

Where a refund is due, we initiate it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost. Bank processing time may vary. A refund may revoke the license and release its linked devices.

4. Cancelling Pro

Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Use the Customer Portal from Aria. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a started billing period; access normally continues until the period ends. Mandatory consumer rights and valid complaints remain unaffected.

5. Failed, delayed or duplicate payment

A delayed payment activates access only after confirmation. For a duplicate charge, wrong amount or paid purchase without activation, email kontakt@appfly.pl with your account email, date, amount and Stripe payment reference. Never send full card details.

6. Product complaint

If Aria or the purchased plan does not conform to the contract, you may submit a complaint independently of withdrawal. Describe the issue and requested resolution. We will apply remedies required by digital content and services law.
